The schedule is pretty bare for local high school teams outside of practice time in some cases due to the Christmas holiday.

The wrestling team is the only Luxemburg-Casco team in action this week as they head to LaCrosse on Friday for the Bi-State Tournament featuring some of the best teams in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Southern Door, Sturgeon Bay/Sevastopol, and Kewaunee wrestling teams will also be in action, but at UW-Oshkosh for the On The Water Tournament hosted by Lourdes Academy.

Hoops fans will have to wait until Friday for their action as well as the Sturgeon Bay girls play 12:30 matinee Friday at Chilton. Boys' basketball fans can head to Lena for a holiday tournament featuring Sevastopol or wait until 7:30 p.m. for a Southern Door road game at Sheboygan Falls Kewaunee playing at home against Denmark.
