All four local wrestling teams had long road trips before reaching their weekend destination for tournaments.
Luxemburg-Casco headed west for its appearance at the Bi-State Center at the LaCrosse Center. According to brackets already released at TrackWrestling.com, Luke Shefchik, Kyle Kroll, and Lucas Joniaux have already received byes to the second round pending Friday morning's weigh-ins. The first session begins at 9 a.m.
Kewaunee, Sturgeon Bay/Sevastopol, and Southern Door wrestlers will all spend their final weekend of 2019 in Oshkosh for the Lourdes Academy On the Water Classic. No brackets have been released prior to the Friday morning weigh-in, which will be followed with wrestling action at 9 a.m.
