Saturday our Middle School Eagles Wrestling Team competed at the Ashwaubenon Duals in the Jungle Invite. The format changed this year from team duals to individual 8-man round robin. As a team we took 1st place out of 8 teams. We went 59-27 in contested matches. In individual action our lowest place was 5th with 7 wrestlers leading the way with 1st place finishes: Tucker Cornette, Gavin Geisel, Mason Motquin, Alex Buhr, Trevor Englebert, Wyatt Wilke, Hayden Jeanquart. This is always one of our toughest team events of the season.

Our goal going into Ashwaubenon was to get everyone matches, be competitive in every match and correct a few things we worked on in practice from the week before at Denmark Duals. We did all that and more!!!!

Coming up next is a dual at Two Rivers on Tuesday.
