Boys' basketball round-up: Claflin gets 1000th point

Southern Door's Ryan Claflin made the record books Saturday to highlight the local slate of boys' basketball action.

Claflin scored his 1000th point as the Eagles soared past Peshtigo 61-37. Claflin registered the feat on the same night Nick Cochart and Kyle Thayse were inducted into the Southern Door Booster Club Athletics Hall of Fame, Picture courtesy of Southern Door County School District Facebook page.

Three Storm players reached double digits including 28 from Ryan Carmichael as Kewaunee stormed past Gibraltar 78-63.

Sevastopol was able to hold on for its fourth victory, tipping Living Word Lutheran 68-65.
