Bucks handle Pelicans

The Milwaukee Bucks beat the New Orleans Pelicans 120-108 on Tuesday night. It was a highly anticipated matchup between Giannis Antetokounmpo and the former first round pick, Zion Williamson. The Pelicans held their own for most of the game but it was the Bucks again being able to drag out a win.

Giannis led the way with 34 points and 17 rebounds on the night. A monster game that will only help his chances at landing another MVP this year. Khris Middleton chipped in 20 points of his own as Milwaukee would pull away in the third and fourth quarters.

The Milwaukee Bucks will now have a night off before traveling back home to take on the 76ers. They are 43-7 on the season and have a seven game lead over the next best team in the East. Thursday’s matchup will tip off at seven from the Fiserv Forum.
