Girls' basketball round-up: Gibraltar, Kewaunee, and Algoma win big

Fast starts were key in Monday's slate of girls' basketball games.

Abbi Sitte erupted for 25 points in Gibraltar's 71-31 win over Southern Door.

Chloie Spitzer made six of Algoma's eight 3-pointers as they went onto beat Sturgeon Bay 58-39.

Kewaunee had four players hit the double-digit plateau in their 76-42 victory over Sevastopol.

Sturgeon Bay's previously scheduled game against Two Rivers has been canceled, making the rescheduled game featuring Luxemburg-Casco the only girls' basketball game in the area for Tuesday.
