Boys basketball recap: Southern Door win clinches Packerland share

Southern Door was able to keep its Packerland Conference championship streak alive Thursday to lead local boys basketball action Thursday night.


The Eagles went on the road to beat Kewaunee 53-48 to continue its six-year streak of winning the conference.


Sevastopol erased a three-point halftime deficit to blow past NEW Lutheran on the road 65-58.


Sturgeon Bay spoiled parents' night festivities at Gibraltar, winning the game 76-42.


Algoma lost to Stockbridge in a non-conference road matchup 77-53. 



Luxemburg-Casco ended its season on a high note, topping Waupaca 84-49.

The Pioneers and the Wolves will play one more game in Institute Friday night as Sevastopol celebrates Parents Night with a 7:30 p.m. tip.
