Kewaunee drops regional final to Kewaskum

Another special Kewaunee girls' basketball season ended in heartbreak Saturday night in a 49-34 loss to Kewaskum.

Down by just one at the break, the Indians outpaced the Storm 27-13 in the second frame to give the home team just its second loss on the season. Averaging around 20 points a game for most of the season MacKenzie Tlachac was held to just 10 points in the loss. Madilyn Dogs led the way for the Indians, scoring 15 points to secure the sectional berth.
