Late rally dooms Brewers

The Chicago White Sox scored four runs late to top the Milwaukee Brewers 5-1 in Cactus League action Wednesday.

White Sox pitcher Dylan Cease and Brewers ace Brandon Woodruff pitched identical three-hit, one-run outings with Cease going one extra inning (4 innings to 3 innings) in the game to leave the game tied at one heading into the seventh inning. An RBI single by Andrew Vaughn and a two-run double by Luis Gonzalez gave the White Sox the lead for good. Keston Hiura provided the lone run in the game for the Brewers, homering off Cease in the fourth inning.

The Brewers are back in action Thursday afternoon at 2:05 against the Cincinnati Reds.
