Sturgeon Bay boys can't tame Chilton

The Sturgeon Bay High School boys’ basketball team lost their regional semifinal matchup Friday night at Chilton, 76-54. Gunnar Tebon and Jake Schneider combined for 37 points, but that wasn’t enough to offset a monster night from Ryan Broeckel. The 6’5” senior forward was 13-19 from the field and perfect in six free throw attempts on his way to 33 points, easily a game-high.

The Tigers improve to 18-5 and will tip off against Oostburg Saturday at 7 PM. Sturgeon Bay ends the year at 15-9.
