First-round pick Garrett Mitchell is officially a Milwaukee Brewer.
The team announced Wednesday that it had signed the UCLA product after batting .355 (22-for-62) with 18 runs, six doubles and nine RBI for the Bruins this spring. The Brewers now have all five of its draft picks signed. The news comes after the team was able to close the roof and play a situational scrimmage at Miller Park and providing fans their first glimpse of the team since March's spring training games in Arizona.
