Booyah picks up first shutout of the season

After getting blown out on Saturday, the Green Bay Booyah returned the favor Sunday afternoon, beating the Rockford Rivets 12-0.

Nick Kreutzer, Bo Majkowski, Max Wagner made up the middle of the order and cashed in, combining to register nine runs, six hits, and four RBI for the Booyah. Ethan Payne hit his second home run of the year for the Booyah to tack onto their large lead. Jack Mahoney did not need much help from the offense as he pitched five innings of shut out ball while striking out five Rivets players. The series continues in Rockford at 6:05 p.m.
