The Milwaukee Bucks will be playing again for real on Friday evening against the Boston Celtics. For now, it is merely scrimmages, but the results are promising. Taking on the San Antonio Spurs inside the league’s bubble on the campus of Walt Disney World, the Bucks cruised to a 113-92 win on Thursday. Giannis Antetokounmpo looked to be in MVP form, notching 23 points in only 21 minutes of play. Not only will playoff seeding be on the line when action resumes, but the race for the league’s most prestigious individual trophy is also still neck-and-neck between Antetokounmpo and Laker superstar LeBron James.
The Bucks return to the court Saturday at 12:30 PM for a scrimmage against the Sacramento Kings from the Western Conference.
