The next class of high school sports stars is finding it difficult to get on the field in 2020. While Southern Door, Kewaunee, and Luxemburg-Casco Districts have all approved fall sports at the high school level, there has been significantly less enthusiasm for athletics in middle school. With so much effort and last-minute scheduling needed to make high school sports happen, there isn’t enough time to devote the same amount of energy elsewhere, according to administration officials.
