Five crowned at The 'Burg's championships Sunday

There was plenty of excitement Sunday at The 'Burg Speedway for its final night of the season.

Close to 150 cars took to the clay oval with Greg Gretz (Village Kitchen IMCA Modified 20 Lap Feature), Lance Arneson (IMCA Stock Car 20 Lap Feature), Jayden Schmidt (IMCA Northern Sport Mod 20 Lap Feature), Adam Crapser (Unified Dirt Street Stock 20 Lap Feature), and Al Cottrell (Quietwoods RV Murder Hornets 20 Lap Feature) taking the feature races. With tight standings up and down the lineup, the races decided several season-long champions. They included:

Village Kitchen IMCA Modifieds: Josh Long
IMCA Stock Cars: Eric "Chummy" Arneson
IMCA Northern Sport Mods: Jayden Schmidt
Unified Dirt Street Stocks: Adam Crapser
Quietwoods RV Murder Hornets: Calvin Stueck
