The Milwaukee Brewers traded right-handed reliever David Phelps to the Philadelphia Phillies for three players to be named later.  Monday’s trade deadline deal by the Brewers will have Milwaukee looking for someone to step up as the setup man for Josh Hader.  Phelps was effective this year for the Brewers having a 2-3 record and a 2.77 ERA in 12 appearances.  The Brewers had signed Phelps this year after he pitched for Toronto and the Chicago Cubs last year.
