Bucks drop game one to Heat

The Milwaukee Bucks defense had no answers for Jimmy Butler as the Miami Heat took the first game of the second-round series 115-104.

Butler scored 40 points in the contest, including 14 in the decisive fourth quarter. The Bucks got out to a hot start, outscoring the Heat 40-29 in the opening quarter. The Heat chipped away at that lead the rest of the game, outscoring the Bucks each of the final three frames.

Khris Middleton led the way for the Bucks in the scoring department with 28 points while Brook Lopez chipped in 24. Giannis Antetokounmpo came up just an assist shy of a triple double, scoring 18 points and grabbing 10 rebounds.

The Bucks will try to deal the Heat their first loss of the playoffs on Wednesday when the two teams face each other in the bubble beginning at 5:30 p.m.
