Monday was the first official day of practice for fall contact sports, but it was just a continuation of normal for the Luxemburg-Casco volleyball team.

While many teams will just be starting off, the Spartans ended their summer with a flurry of tournaments in August. Head coach Jeff Frey says that should put them ahead of the curve when it comes to their regular season next week.
