The Greek Freak made history on Friday as he took home his second MVP. The back-to-back MVP had a regular season for the record books. Antetokounmpo led the Milwaukee Bucks to the best record in the NBA(56-17) for the second consecutive season. He averaged 29.5 points, 13.6 rebounds, and 5.6 assists as he surpassed Wilt Chamberlain and broke the NBA’s Player Efficiency Rating(PER) record for a single season. He also took home the Defensive Player of the Year award. By winning both awards in the same season, he joined Michael Jordan(1987-1988) and Hakeem Olajuwon(1993-1994) as the only players to accomplish the feat and became just the fifth player to win both awards during their career.
