Lane Taylor’s stretch of tough luck continues. After signing as an undrafted free agent in 2013, Taylor worked his way into a starting role on the Green Bay Packers offensive line by 2016 at left guard. Last season, Taylor tore his biceps tendon and went on injured reserve after Week Two. He took a pay cut to stay on the roster for the 2020 season and worked his way back into a starting job, only to suffer a season-ending knee injury in the opener against Minnesota. The Packers officially put Taylor on injured reserve Tuesday.
In another move, linebacker Greg Roberts was cut from the practice squad.
