The Luxemburg-Casco cross country team finished their regular season on Friday with two second-place finishes in a conference meet at Northbrook Golf Course. Both the boys and girls team fell short to Freedom. The Spartans’ cross country coach Katie Waege on how this team has been focused and preparing for this moment all season.

Nutrition has always been an important part of someone’s health and performance. Last year, L-C brought in a nutritionist to help the athletes understand what is important and they have continued those practices this year.
