Packers blown out in Tampa

The Green Bay Packers jumped out quickly but played flat the rest of the game as it lost to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Sunday afternoon 38-10.

The Packers scored on its opening drive for the fifth straight game with a 39 yard field goal by Mason Crosby. Aaron Jones would cap off the quarter with his fifth straight game with at least one touchdown, this time from one yard out to put the Packers ahead 10-0. It was all downhill from there as Aaron Rodgers threw one interception that was returned for a touchdown and another that brought the ball inside the five-yard line to quickly make it 14-10 Bucs. Tom Brady would throw for two more touchdowns that made it a 28-10 game at the break. The Buccaneers would complete their rout in the third quarter with a long field goal by Ryan Succop and a second touchdown by Ronald Jones. The Packers set season lows in points and yards gained in the loss.

The Packers will look to rebound in its next game October 25th at Houston. The game is a scheduled noon start.
