Playoffs still an unknown for high school football

Luxemburg-Casco and Southern Door should know this weekend whether their football season is done or not.


High school football fans can thank the coronavirus for wiping out three rounds of playoffs this year, including the state championship games at Camp Randall Stadium in Madison. After the brackets are set on Saturday, playoff teams this year will receive a maximum of two games after being paired into four-team pods. Speaking before last week's game against Mishicot, Southern Door head coach Ryan Zuelke says the playoffs have been short details.
