The Wisconsin Badgers remain ranked despite not playing for the last two weeks.
The Badgers find themselves ranked 14th now in the coaches poll, down from 11th last week. They are ranked 13th in the AP Poll, down 10th last week. The team has not played its last two weeks due to a coronavirus outbreak on the team. The good news for the Badgers is that the number of active cases on the team is also dropping. According to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, the number of active cases had dropped to 14 – nine players and five staffers.
The UW Athletic Department could announce as soon as Monday if the team can prepare for and play in Ann Arbor this weekend for a game in prime-time against the Michigan Wolverines.
