The Wisconsin Badgers showed no rust in its 49-11 win over the Michigan Wolverines on Saturday night.
Quarterback Graham Mertz completed just above 50 percent of his passes and threw for a little over 120 yards but two of those completions went for touchdowns. The Badgers also had four players rush for at least 60 yards, led by Jalen Berger's 87 yards on 15 carries. Nakia Watson rushed for 65 yards on 12 carries and two touchdowns in the win. It was part of 341-yard rushing attack against the Wolverines defense. The Badgers defense was a nightmare for Wolverines quarterback Joe Milton, who completed just nine passes and threw two interceptions. The Wolverines only gained 219 yards on offense.
The win sets up a battle of unbeatens when the Badgers travel to Evanston to play against 4-0 Northwestern.
