Brewers go down under

The Milwaukee Brewers are down under with their latest development agreement.

The Brewers have partnered with the Brisbane Bandits to send a few players to develop in Australia as part of their winter league training. The connection between the two teams is Bandits Director of Baseball Operations David Nilsson. who played for the Brewers for eight years as a catcher.

A timeline for players joining the Australian League likely will not begin until 2021 and with COVID-19, a 14-day quarantine will be necessary.
