Catching up with Sturgeon Bay AD Todd Meikle

Sturgeon Bay High School athletic director Todd Meikle is excited to move into the winter sports season. Meikle says that the season will be full of optimizing safety for all athletes and sports fans. The winter season showcases more indoor activity in the athletic programs so Meilke plans to adjust accordingly:

Meikle will set up precautionary measures while still engaging the sports community outside of the student-athletes. Sturgeon Bay High School will have boys’ and girls’ basketball start conference games at the beginning of December, while the dance team will have the opportunity to shine during play stoppage as usual. Sturgeon Bay and Sevastopol (SBS) wrestling will start the first week of December against Kewaunee, SBS will look to take back the Packerland Conference crown this year. After some initial cancelations, swimming will dive into their season on Tuesday, December 8th. All in all Meikle looks forward to Sturgeon Bay athletics being in action for the winter.
