Local high school girls’ basketball saw action from the Packerland Conference on Thursday evening. The Gibraltar Vikings collected a hard fought comeback victory over the Sturgeon Bay Clippers, 46-42. 

The North Eastern Conference saw the Luxemburg-Casco Spartans boys’ basketball team improve to 3-0 after a victory over the Marinette Marines Thursday night, 89-70.

In Friday night action, boys basketball action includes Gibraltar hosting Kewaunee and Southern Door hosting Peshtigo. Algoma's game against NEW Lutheran and Sturgeon Bay's matchup against Oconto has been postponed. 

Luxemburg-Casco's game against Fox Valley Lutheran is the only girls' game on the schedule. Sevastopol's game against Two Rivers has been postponed.
