Local girls’ basketball will see action in the Packerland Conference on Tuesday afternoon with two squads that have seen limited action this season due to COVID-19 protocols. The North Eastern Conference will continue their winter break rest until January 5th.
The Packerland Conference will see two lightly seasoned programs tip-off on Tuesday night. Both Kewaunee and Sevastopol found themselves delaying season activities for COVID-19 protocol reasons earlier this month. Kewaunee has seen three games since their season pause while Sevastopol will return to play after missing three weeks of no athletic activity. Kewaunee did win a matinee matchup on Monday, cruising to a 65-27 win over Oconto. The Storm hike to the Pioneers gymnasium for a 7:30 pm tip-off. A scheduled game between Southern Door and Gibraltar has been postponed.
