Packers face Bears in season finale

There is no shortage of things on the line for both the Green Bay Packers and the Chicago Bears when the two teams meet at Soldier Field on Sunday afternoon.

For the Packers, a win guarantees the road going through Lambeau Field for the entirety of the NFC playoffs as the conference's top seed. The Packers have won five in a row since they last lost on November 22nd to the Indianapolis Colts. The streak started with a 41-25 win against the Bears at Lambeau Field thanks to four Aaron Rodgers touchdown passes.

The Bears were in the middle of a six-game losing streak at the time after starting the season 5-1. The team has played themselves back into the playoff conversation with three straight wins including last week's 41-17 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Bears offense is starting to click with Mitch Trubisky under center with the Bears posting at least 30 points in four straight games for the first time since 1965. A win guarantees them a spot in the playoffs.

Both teams can back into their preferred playoff slot with a little help from other teams. The Packers go into the 3:25 p.m. matchup with a 100-95-6 edge in the all-time record against the Bears.
