Pioneers girls continue winning streak against Peshtigo

The wins keep piling up for the Sevastopol girls' basketball team as they won another nailbiter Saturday afternoon against Peshtigo 43-41.

Zoe Kuehn was key to the win, scoring the first  14 points of the game for the Pioneers en route to a 23 point day. While it was a fourth straight win for the Pioneers, it was the second straight loss for the Bulldogs, which lost to Kewaunee earlier this week. Peshtigo's Sydney Lund scored 15 points while Grace Wickman pitched in 11 points.

The win puts the Pioneers all alone in third place in the Packerland Conference as they trail Kewaunee and Southern Door in the standings.
