The Wisconsin Badgers ran into a buzzsaw Tuesday night as the Michigan Wolverines stayed undefeated in the Big Ten with a 77-54 home victory. Michigan shot over 50 percent for the game and held the Badgers to 30 percent to easily win a matchup of two of the top ten teams in the country.
Michigan (6-0) had four players score in double figures with MIke Smith leading the way with 16 points. Franz Wagner added 15 points and ten rebounds for the Wolverines.
Wisconsin (4-2) was led by D'Mitrik Trice who finished with 20 points. Micah Potter had 12 points as only two UW players finished in double figures.
Wisconsin will next play on Friday on the road at Rutgers at 8 pm.
