High school basketball round-up: Southern Door, Gibraltar post big victories

A winning streak continued and a losing one was snapped Friday night in local boys' high school basketball action.

Southern Door stayed perfect in the Packerland Conference with its 67-48 victory over Algoma.

Gibraltar snapped its three-game losing skid in almost palindromic fashion, beating Sevastopol 94-69.

Luxemburg-Casco saw their own losing streak continue with a 63-46 loss to Wrightstown.

In Saturday game action, Sturgeon Bay boys' basketball makes up its game against Peshtigo on the road at 6:30 p.m. and for the girls Sevastopol hosts NEW Lutheran and Kewaunee travels to Southern Door.
