The Green Bay Gamblers scored six unanswered goals as they opened their weekend set with a 7-2 win.

Mason Lohrei scored his 10th goal of the season in between a pair of Team USA goals as the Gamblers headed into the first intermission down 2-1. Victor Mancini scored his first two points as a Gambler in the second period, assisting on a Greg Spitznagel goal before he scored his own tally three minutes later. Spitznagel scored his second goal of the game at the 11 minute mark to give the Gamblers 4-2 goal at the end of the second period. The onslaught continued in the third period when Ryan Kirwan and Alex Servagno each tallied a goal and an assist. Jesse Tucker also scored his third goal of the season in the final period.

The Gamblers and Team USA will play each other Saturday at 6:05 p.m.
