Phoenix split senior day games

The Green Bay Phoenix split their pair of senior day matchups at the Kress Center on Saturday.

 

In the matinee, the Phoenix women outscored the UIC Flames 21-10 in the final period to win the game 70-45. In their final games at the Kress Center this regular season, senior Lyndsey Robson led all scorers with 16 points while Caitlyn Hibner registered nine points and Meghan Pingel collected eight points.

 

In the nightcap, the Phoenix men could not force a second straight overtime, falling to Northern Kentucky 71-66. Senior Josh Jefferson scored 26 points while his fellow senior PJ Pipes chipped in eight points.
