The Green Bay Phoenix basketball teams will see their regular season come to a close this weekend away from the Kress Center.

The Phoenix will head to Chicago for a pair of 7 p.m. tips against the UIC Flames. The Phoenix split their pair of homecoming weekend matchups against Northern Kentucky. Manny Ansong had his coming out party against the Norse, scoring a season-high 24 points. The Flames come back home trying to snap a seven-game losing streak, including a pair of losses last weekend against IUPUI.

The Phoenix women head further east when they battle at Wright State for a pair of 1 p.m. starts. The Phoenix have won 10 of their 12 games in 2021, including a sweep last weekend of UIC. The Raiders come into the matchup winners of their last six games as they hold the top spot in the Horizon League. A weekend sweep could give the Phoenix a chance at a regular season conference championship.
