The Luxemburg-Casco Spartans and the Southern Door Eagles will play in their respective regional finals on Saturday after big semifinal wins Friday night.
On 96.7 WBDK, Luxemburg-Casco cruised to a 75-50 win over Plymouth in the WIAA Division 2 Playoffs. Matt Piesler and Paul Schmitt will have the call for the regional final on 96.7 WBDK when the Spartans travel to NEC rival Denmark for a 7 p.m. tip.
On 102.1 MORE FM, Southern Door rode a second-half comeback to stun Valders 67-65 on the road in WIAA Division 3 playoff action. Tim Kowols and Bryan Mazur will have the call of the regional final from Brillion Saturday night for the 7 p.m. tip.
Brillion eliminated the chance of an all-Packerland final as they defeated Kewaunee. 66-38.
On 105.1 The GOAT, Gibraltar struggled from the field but still played a close game in a 57-48 loss to Manitowoc Lutheran.
