DC United swims at Ashwaubenon Saturday

The DC United girls' swimming team will travel to Ashwaubenon for their second meet of the year on Saturday.

 

In their last meet, DC United earned a 113 to 63 victory over Pulaski at the Door County YMCA last Thursday. The team finished in first place in nine of the eleven varsity events including both the 200-medley relay and 200 free relay. Sanya Wienke finished first in the 100 freestyle. Ella Wienke has a second-place finish in the 100 backstroke and a third-place finish in the 100 freestyle. Brooke Strege came in second in the 500 freestyle.

 

DC United will swim against De Pere and host Ashwaubenon when the meet begins at 1:30 p.m.
