DC United swim team tops Ashwaubenon, De Pere

 It was another day and another win for the DC United Swim Team on Saturday as they beat Ashwaubenon and De Pere.

 

Even without a single first place, the team had several strong performances that led to the victory. The 200-yard freestyle and medley relays took second place. Sanya Wienke took 5th place in the 200-yard freestyle. Brooke Strege swam the 200-yard IM 4th, followed by Danica Neville taking 6th and Faith Blackley taking 9th. Katie Norton took 3rd in the 50-yard freestyle while Wienke broke the minute barrier in the 100-yard freestyle to take third place.  Neville also swam the 100-yard backstroke to a 4th place finish while followed by Ella Wienke placed 5th.  Norton swam the 100-yard breaststroke to a 4th place finish. The Wienke girls and Strege took 4th in the 400-yard freestyle relay followed by Beyounce Hernandez’s relay in 6th.
