Brewers power over Dodgers

The Milwaukee Brewers after having not won since Friday’s beating of Chicago, the Brewers used four home runs to beat the Los Angeles Dodgers 7-2 on Tuesday. Milwaukee’s Kolten Wong started the scoring on a solo home-run off of Clayton Kershaw in the top of the first inning. Luis Urias followed that up with a solo homer of his own. The Brewers piled on three runs in the top of the third. The Brewers added insurance runs when Luke Maile would hit a solo home run in the top of the seventh and Zach Green would do the same in the top of the eighth inning. The Dodgers would score two runs in the bottom half of the eighth, but that would be all the scoring they would get.

The Brewers record is now 8-7 and the Dodgers go to 8-5 with the loss. On Wednesday, the Brewers will have their first day off since March 7th. They will return Thursday when they face the other Los Angeles team, the Angels. The first pitch is scheduled for 3:10 P.M.
