Gamblers run out of gas against Fighting Saints

Playing three games in three days caught up to the Green Bay Gamblers on Sunday as they fell to the Dubuque Fighting Saints.

The Gamblers found themselves down 4-0 before Camden Thiesing got them on the board nine minutes into the third period. Just a minute after the Fighting Saints scored their fifth goal of the afternoon, Thiesing found the back of the net for his second tally. Aaron Randazzo saved 24 of the 29 shots he saw in the matinee.

The Gamblers only captured three of the possible eight points available the last seven days, going 1-2-1 in that stretch. They play at Chicago on Friday night before returning to the Resch Center to close out the month with games against Team USA and Waterloo.
