Brewers blank Rangers

For the Milwaukee Brewers, the pitching staff had a successful day, giving up just three hits on their way to a 4-0 Spring Training victory over the Texas Rangers on Monday. The Brewers started the scoring in the top of the second inning when Avisail Garcia crossed the plate on a fielder's choice. The Brewers would follow that up in the top of the third when Keston Hiura hit an RBI single that scored Luis Urias. In the top of the sixth, Milwaukee would stretch their lead to 4-0 when Orlando Arcia would hit a ground-rule double that would score Christian Yelich and Lorenzo Cain.

For the crew, Adrian Houser would pick up the win on the mound. Milwaukee is now 14-11 in the exhibition season. The two teams will rematch on Tuesday at 1:05 PM.
