Jackie Bradley Jr. would hit a three-bagger that would send Avisail Garcia home and make the game 5-1 and to top off the scoring in the inning Keston Hiura would hit an RBI single that scored Jackie Bradley Jr. The Brewers would hold the 6-1 lead until the top of the ninth inning. The Cubs would score two runs but Josh Hader would close the game afterward, and Milwaukee would win 6-3.
