Bucks leave Atlanta victorious

The Milwaukee Bucks are searching to regain their groove and may have done just that on Thursday night in Atlanta in their 120-109 victory over the Hawks. The first quarter concluded with the Bucks up 33-29. In the second quarter, the Bucks separated to take a 64-52 lead into the halftime break.

In the early going of the second half, Atlanta would tighten the gap but the Bucks wouldn’t let up and would get back into rhythm. They would take control in the fourth quarter en route to a 120-109 win. Jrue Holiday was Milwaukee’s leading scorer with 23 points. Brook Lopez had 19 and Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 15. Milwaukee is now 35-20 and in third place in the East conference. The Bucks return to action in Milwaukee on Saturday to face the Memphis Grizzlies.
