Milwaukee never got much going at the plate in their 6-1 loss to the Pittsburgh Pirates. Milwaukee would score in the bottom of the fifth inning on a Tyrone Taylor double that scored Jace Pederson. It was too late, however, as Pittsburgh was up four runs by then. The Pirates would also score two runs in the top of the eighth inning. 

The Brewers are 7-6 with the loss. They continue the series on Saturday at 6:10 PM.
