It is opening day for some of the area's softball teams as their first action since 2019 gets underway Tuesday afternoon.

In conference action, Luxemburg-Casco will stick around town to host Little Chute.

In non-conference action, Algoma visits Bay Port and 2019 state participant Southern Door heads to the Green Bay area as well to face Notre Dame Academy. 

All three softball games begin at 4:30 p.m. pending weather.
