With one day to go in the Sturgeon Bay Open Bass Tournament on Saturday, Baileys Harbor has representation at the top of the standings. After the first day of the tournament wrapped up on Friday, Spencer Samplawski of Baileys Harbor is in first place along with his teammate, Kyle Steinfeldt of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. There are 143 boats in the competition, hailing from twenty-five different states.
