Some local teams could not get on the field on Thursday due to quick thunderstorm ahead of the weekend slate.
Kewaunee/Southern Door and Luxemburg-Casco/Clintonville matchups were scheduled for Thursday, but the storms would have passed through just before or during the opening stages of the game. No scores were reported.
On Friday, the Spartans travel to Green Bay Notre Dame for a 4:30 first pitch, Gibraltar plays Oconto in Fish Creek at 3:45 p.m., Algoma hosts Sevastopol at 5 p.m., Kewaunee visits Peshtigo for a 5 p.m. tilt, and Southern Door stays in Brussels to battle NEW Lutheran at 5 p.m.
