Exciting baseball was had at almost every level Sunday for fans to enjoy.

Dan Vogelbach came through with a RBI single in the bottom of the ninth in Denver as the Milwaukee Brewers split its series with the Colorado Rockies with a 7-6 victory. The Brewers jumped out to a 6-0 lead thanks to four RBI from Kolten Wong, but the Rockies hit four homers in the bottom half of the sixth inning to tie the game at 6-6. Vogelbach delivered the game-winning hit after Jace Peterson stole second base to put himself in scoring position with one out.

The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers started its game against the Quad Cities River Bandits but they could not complete an inning. The game will be made up during their next visit to Davenport, Iowa for a series against the River Bandits from August 24 through August 30. They are off on Monday.

The Green Bay Booyah had a 5-2 lead heading into the bottom of the sixth inning, but the Kokomo Jackrabbits scored three to tie it and a single tally in the bottom of the 10th to win the game 6-5. Johnny Hipsman homered and Jake Berg, Brendan Ryan, and Nadir Lewis collected RBI singles. Ben Hart pitched 5 1/3 innings, allowing ten hits, five runs, one walk while punching out three. They will try to break up their current losing streak with a home game against the Wisconsin Woodchucks at 6:35 p.m.
