Four Green Bay Gamblers will represent the United States in a pair of upcoming tournaments the organization announced on Wednesday.

Forward Jayson Shaugabay and defenseman Danny Nelson were named to the 2021 United States Under-17 Men’s Select Team.  Both players were recently selected by the Gamblers in the 2021 USHL Futures Draft. 

Forward Cameron Lund and goaltender Austin McNicholas were named to the 2021 U.S. Under-18 Men’s Select Team that will compete August 2-7 at the Hlinka Gretzky Cup in Breclav, Czech Republic, and Piestany, Slovakia. Lund was able to sneak in a couple games with the Gamblers last season, playing in two games and registering one goal. McNichols was a draft pick in the USHL Futures Draft.
